Aliso Viejo

Swim Team

The Flying Fish Swim Team is a developmental swim team that practices Monday through Thursday, year-round at the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center. The summer program is hosted at Aliso Niguel High School.

All swimmers wanting to join AVFF will need to tryout unless they have just graduated out of Academy 4 of the Learn-to-Swim program with Premier Swim Academy.

Equipment Required:

  • Kick board, Fins, Pull Bouy, and Goggles

The AVFF program operates year-round for swimmers ages 5 to 14 years old, offering two separate participation options. The core program operates throughout the school year providing 10 months of programming with bi-monthly swim meets, and so much more.

Alternatively, AVFF operates a summer program that provides two and a half months of summer community swim team programming, which is the perfect way to re-energize your year-round swimmer, or a perfect intro to swimming as a sport.
